QMplus media is integrated with Zoom, so all Cloud recordings are automatically transferred to your QMplus account. It will take some time for recordings to finish processing and transfer to QMplus Media, so take this into consideration depending on the length of the recording. Click Guest at the top of the screen, click Login , and enter your username and password. Once logged in, click your name at the top of the screen and select My Media. Zoom recordings will be listed on your My Media page, displaying a Zoom Recording ID and the date and time of the session.

Click the title of a recording to view it. To publish and share a link to your recording, scroll down to the Actions menu and select Publish. Only the main meeting will be recorded, and not the Breakout Rooms or chat messages. Recording folders are named for the date and time of recording, the meeting number, and the meeting name. To view a recording in the Cloud: Log into the Zoom web portal. Click Recordings on the left-hand menu. Your Cloud recordings will be listed in the Cloud Recordings tab.

If the recording isn't finished processing, Processing Recording will be listed to the right of its name. Click the meeting name. To view a recording on your computer: Navigate to your computer's Documents folder. In Documents , open the Zoom folder. Find the recording you'd like to view and open that folder.

Double-click the file, and Zoom will convert the recording and show you the conversion status. If you want to share the recording, you'll have to save the file and share it manually. Recordings on your computer can be backed up by saving the entire recording folder that Zoom created to an additional drive.
